- What ages/levels of experience do you work with?
- Any age or level of experience is welcome. You can be new to working out or a seasoned veteran, I can adapt your program to fit your needs.
- I have a special condition (arthritis, osteoporosis, bunions, ect), or am recovering from an injury or operation (heart surgery, joint injury, car crash, ect), can TWR Fitness help?
- Yes BUT, it is necessary that your doctor clears you to come train with me. I can work alongside physical therapists and as a certified personal trainer I am educated on how training can benefit people in a variety of situations. I also always research my client’s conditions to make sure I am providing to them exactly what they need to improve.
- What are Tristan’s certifications?
- I am certified through the Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer. I am currently working to complete the Corrective Exercise Specialist Course. I am also CPR and AED certified through the Red Cross.
- What is Tristan’s level of experience?
- I started out as a client of Master Trainer Kyle Crocker of CalisFit in Connecticut. Kyle helped me with longstanding complex health problems and then offered me a mentorship. Under him I learned for two years while also starting my company. I have been training for 4 years now and have worked with people across all levels of age, condition, and goals. I am constantly reading up on the newest research while working towards new specialist certifications and still go to my original mentor for advice and to talk shop.
